Pinch grip is the grip between your fingers and thumb. Put yours to the ultimate test with our Pit Bull hanging pinch grip set. These 3-inch diameter posts are only an inch and a half long. You simply cannot cheat. You must focus all your strength into your fingers and thumbs. It's an incredible challenge.
